This wine has a unique composition, a harmonious alliance between the old world and the new, as is the Erasmo tradition. The wine is immediately pressed and fermented at low temperatures this results in a balance between freshness and complexity. The European aromas of the Mourvedre are molded by Caliboro’s harsh climate. This wine should be a pleasant reminder of why the conquistadores chose the Maule Valley to plant their vineyards back in the XVI century.
Produced in very limited quantities with organic grapes, dry farmed and fermented by wild yeast, this wine unites all natural and traditional elements to produce a purely artisanal product. Erasmo is made possible thanks to the passion and hard work of a small group of young Chilean professionals who work day to day to interpret and exalt the characteristics of the Andean Caliboro terroir.
